This really depends on a lot of factors - most people enjoy a quickie where its about cumming quickly, no romance just a quick fuck/bj/wank etc. It doesn't have to be a two way deal - I certainly do not need to cum during sex to be happy or feel satisfied. My partner is the same - if I fancy a BJ but he doesn't he has no problem blowing me and vice versa.

Mid week sex when your tired after a long day and need to be up in three hours is certainly different to weekend sex when you have nothing else to do.

So to answer your question - few minutes, few hours, a day or weekend. Pretty much all good.

foreplay is what makes sex as good as it is. it helps prolonge the sex and avoid orgasm as much aa possible, as I could bust fairly quick if I just pumped her vagina and that's it. the journey is what counts, not the end of the journey

Agreed. If I just tried to do sex like porn where I just pumped away, it wouldn't take very long. But varying what you do, along with foreplay (intermittently even) can make it extend to hours. I'd say generally it's like 20-30 minutes for me, but sometimes my girl is feeling especially horny and so am I and we'll go like 3 times in a row with short snuggle/make-out breaks between and it can take up an evening or morning or afternoon.
