Drug test

I've looked everywhere for this answer. I know a drug test has to specifically test for fentanyl to pee dirty for fentanyl. The fent analogues such as furanylfentanyl are suppose to a little different than fentanyl as in the chemical compound of it. Will the analogue fents teat positive for fentanyl or no? Please help.
