RCs Drug interaction questions

I have some drug interaction questions:

I want to take first of all low doses of tramadol in 3-4 hours (100-300mg), but until then id like to allergy/potency test a batch of 4acodmt i just bought. It will be active for far more than 3-4 hours, so how would that be with the tram. I will take less than 5mg of the 4acodmt. Just to put a colorful dent on the world yknow.

Furthermore, I havent slept at all this night so I have some sleep deprivation, and secondly I have taken 250g pregabalin 3h ago intranasally (cant believe it is a problem but)

im not looking for tripping, only improved interest in shit like watching movies or something, but the tram I will have to take in said amount of hours, so what do you think`? Anything bad here? the 4acodmt is the one to go, if so

The only issue I can come up with is that the serotonin reuptake inhibition from the tramadol might block a threshold tryptamine dose.
