Don't Know What To Do!

I've been using meth on and off for over 15 years. I started with smoking it and when that didn't get me high anymore I started using iv. I have been using that way for about 3 years now. I am also on a bunch of different depression medications, anxiety meds, adhd meds. My problem is I am not able to get high anymore. Which has been going on for close to a year or more. Could my medications be causing me not to get high? I'm at a loss of what changed. On the other hand I desperately need to get clean. I just can't stop is my problem. Even though I'm not feeling anything it doesn't stop me from craving the drug. I've been through more than I can count treatment centers. I do great while I'm in there but as soon as I'm out I fail. My life has fallen apart literally! I am really looking for people thoughts about the first part of the post and the second part. No negative comments please, I already feel bad enough!
