Does taking MDMA in combination with LSD increase the risk of neurotoxicity

Considering both drugs act on the 5HT receptors and both drugs target serotonin. Perhaps the receptors become too overworked and that could increase the risk of damage. Does anyone know if this combination is more dangerous than MDMA taken alone?

Generally speaking, a combination of drugs will be more taxing on the brain/body than 1 drug alone.
Dose sizes and/or frequency will dictate if/how dangerous.

Okay thanks. Do you think 150mg mdma and 100ug of Lsd would be more neurotoxic than 250mg of mdma alone? Candyflipping happens to be my favorite drug experience.

Obviously the science hasn't been done on this, but there is good reason to believe that 150mg MDMA + 100mcg LSD is a safer option than 250mg MDMA. Generally speaking, LSD itself is non-toxic while 250mg is a very large dose of MDMA. Most likely, any additional risk incurred by the addition of LSD is negligible compared to the risk you protect yourself from by taking 100mg less MDMA.

Cool thanks. I'd much prefer that combination over just a powerful roll anyways
