Misc Does Pregabain use the same transporter as Gabapentin

I was wondering if I could take Gabapentin and Pregabalin/Lyrica at the same time, or is it a waste?
 
You could. They all gave the GABA molecule in their structure, but are less active than GABA. You need to find the affinity of GABA & the others for the GABA receptors. If they are full agonists, the limit is based on the amount transported to the brain, resuming your looking for a downer. NB - they are addictive like Benzos but not subtype specific (AFAIK).
