Does nicotine help anyone else with panic attacks?

Sometimes I get panic attacks that mostly feel like derealization like im going to loose contact with reality. I think it has to do with them I took lsd and it turned out to be fake because I start having flash backs and turn bright red. But as soon as I put 2 or 3 drops . Of nicotine liquid 24 mg ml or a huge amount of chewing tobacco. It does away instantly my heart stops pounding I feel like im ok maybe ill have a bit of a headache some dizziness but its not the same kind of dizziness like its more blurry if anything vs feeling like the worlds spinning out of control and I feel warm and in control of my thoughts.
