Stimulants Does anyone know how long adderalls effects last? I cant find anything on it some how

Adderall 20mg XR. The effects say should last 12 hours, the half life of adderall xr is 10-12 hours, and the blood detection time says 24 hours. So Im guessing for a drug's blood detection time, that is a better indicator of how long a drugs effects + residual effects will act inside the body, than the half life.

So would I be safe to believe this? Should adderall XR taken once be completely done having any residual effect on the body after 24 hours? thanks much
 
The adderall will be worn off after 12 hours but it will still be left in your body. You shouldn't have any residual effects other than a slight comedown if you're taking a therapeutic dose and aren't used to it. But if you're taking more than that it will be worse.

If you have ADHD you'll feel scatterbrained as hell once it wears off.
