does anybody know if local anesthesia has any negative interaction with dilaudid?

got a root canal done today, the dentist gave me local anesthetic which could’ve been a number of things like lidocaine, epinephrine, articaine and im sure there are others. i just used some dilaudid maybe like 1mg an hour ago and then another small bump maybe twenty minutes ago, and noticed my breathing is kind of shallow and slow. my heartbeat is 72 bpm and clocking in 12 breaths per min but breathing seems off. just wanting to make sure it’s not like cns depression or something sketchy because i need to go to sleep in a couple hours

No, nothing to worry about. Local anesthetics can do some funky things on their own right at high enough doses, but this would have manifested earlier on. And if it had reached the point of CNS depression, there'd be a host of other side-effects accompanying it.
