When I'm taking MDMA, I wait the comedown out but when I began taking it I'd try to sleep through the comedown without cannabis, now I just wait up and smoke till I'm super fucked on a sofa and eventually fall asleep. I've also found out that a beer or two during the comedown helps. Anyone else got comedown tips?
