Do I need a break from kava kava?

I've always heard of RT (Reverse Tolerance). I've been drinking kava for quite awhile now on a regular basis. RT kicked in within the first few months and it was beautiful. I've been drinking it for almost 10 months. Lately its been losing its kick. Is there such thing as developing tolerance to kava?
