Im preparing an electrolite drink for the training with this recipe:

Osmosis filtered water
Non refined sea salt
A bit of sodium bicarbonate
A bit of potassium bicarbonate
A touch of honey

Basically is a natural alternative to aquarius without colorants and nasty chemicals. It tastes slighly sweet and salty. It´s alcaline so it should help with all the acidic processes that happens while training. Thinking in adding some magnesium bisglycinate and maybe a B vitamins complex too. If you have a recipe or some ideas on what to add Im listening

A few I drink:

Switchel: Apple cider vinegar (or lemon juice ) plus honey (or sorghum syrup) plus water

Don't have a name for this one: Coconut water plus pomegranate (or cherry) juice plus water

Kvass: Bread plus sugar plus yeast plus water, ferment a day or two

Barley water: Boil barley and strain, add lemon and cardamom or mace and jaggery if desired

I'm going to try your guy's suggestions, thank you . I buy sugar free poweraide but it still has dye in it and i'm trying to eat/drink as cleanly as possible

I like it! I make my own with mortons lite salt and a crystal light packet for a calorie free high electrolyte drink. I actually like the salty taste lol. It makes it oddly refreshing
