Diphenhydramine - not good

I was reading the wiki thread. This stuff can kill in 18-24 hours. Not very recreational in my book. Less then 100mg might be okay. I wouldn't go far past that.

Yea. I didn't mean to be so short. I was reading the wiki article. It mentioned how bad things could happen with this stuff. I guess I just don't want people going too far with it. That's all. People eat 500-600mg of this shit, and it's a bit too much. I'll think a little deeper next time.I guess I was reminded of people talking like eating it like acid. Something jogged by my memory. That's all. It is safe in normal amounts. For instance, I'll take DXM Over diphenhydramine any day, but that's just me. Proven safe in normal, fda amounts.
