Opioids Dihydrocodeine and nefopam hydrochloride

I use DHC a lot. Does anyone know if nefopam hydrochloride will increase the high? Is it safe?
 
I got given a load of nefopam a while ago and that stuff fucked me up like an opiate. Take from that what you will
 
Took a while to come on but yeah, felt quite sick for a bit but tbf I was eating them like sweets
