Different types of adderall?

I was prescribed 10 mg of adderall I think: d amphet salts combo is what the bottle said and I got a script from another doctor I asked for adderall as well but the bottle says: amphet salts and the dosage is now 20 mg. I feel more sleepy when I take this and I used to feel very happy on the other prescription I feel unhappy now but both made me irritable. Is this just in my head or does it make sense that a bigger dosage and or different medicine would make me sleepy? I usually amped amped, wired, and a shit ton of work done. Are these two different medicines?

Moving this to BDD. Amphetamine salts is generic for adderall. That being said there have been problems in the past with different generic companies making amphetamine salt pills that were either stronger or weaker then the dose they were supposed to contain.

Funny how you said they make you tired, I just met up with a girl tonight who said the exact same thing. Thought it was weird as hell.
