Did I get Phenibut or some other shit?

So I took 500mg, didnt feel shit.

Now 2 days later, I open the capsles which says 250mg on them. I weigh whats inside and its 470mg. I taste some of it and it doesnt taste good, but neither as bad as alot of ppl write. When I pour some into my mouth it sticks to the inside of my mouth I had to swallow alot of water to get it all down cause it was stuck to teeth/back of throat. Is this how phenibut should behave?

Pure phenibut wouldn't be like that. It's likely they used a filler like corn starch so a 470 mg capsule would contain 250 mg phenibut.

Some people don't feel 500 mg doses. Try a gram and you should feel at least something. It's a subtle drug at low doses.

We could never tell you whether or not you were ripped off. I can tell you that your chosen dose of Phenibut is actually quite low, relatively speaking. Maybe try taking something closer to 2g and see how that affects you.
