Detox?

Anyone know a decent method to detox using only OTC stuff that isn't like super obvious? I'm not a drug user myself but I'm trying to get some 2+ year old psych meds out of my system (I've been physically unwell for a very long time and my body doesn't clear things on its own like it should). Anyone try Chinese medicine? Indian?
 
i would get professional medical help not some otc stuff
ive heard of people taking old psychs and they were ok, but to feel like shit after the fact because of it
it is def a red flag to get some help
 
"Chinese medicine" and "Indian medicine" aren't actually medicine. Its folk superstition. Just as a broken clock is right twice a day, these folk "medicines" might work ONCE IN A WHILE but they're usually stupid and harmful. Check out "Chinese herbs nephropathy" if you don't believe me.

Will power is the main ingredient in any detox. And then if you need anything else, western medicine has all your needs covered as it is.
