Day 5, 2 mg of sub this am. I have 6 mg left. Does anyone have experience and advice for the best taper with this amount? I'm thinking 2 tomorrow then skip a day 1, skip, 1 etc. I don't want the withdrawal from sub to be long and drawn out. I'm feeling fine at the moment but I know I've got sub in my system, and that's not a long term goal. I wanted to do a quick taper detox with it, I know I'm in for some fatigue, I have some natural remedies for that. I'm a baker and I need strength and energy to do my job. Any advice on the step down?
