I use Kratom daily. I read about the tolerance happening rather quickly before I started taking it. The bottle said a recommended dose of four caplets so that’s what I started with and it really did work great! I then quickly moved to 5, then 6, then 7, etc.. I’ve noticed that if I go a day or two without it, it will once again work a bit better for a couple of days. My questions are these.
1) How much do some of you take at a time?
2) Do you take it more than once a day?
3) Is there some sort of vitamin, etc., that I can take to keep my tolerance from building up so much, or to make a smaller amount work better?
4) What’s the most that can be taken safely, in your estimation?
