Hello

I found the following thread in the Other Drugs Directory. Can a mod please replace it with this newer one, please?

I have the following link for a more recent 2006, 7 page version. Obviously if anyone has a newer version it'll be much appreciated!

Thats from 2009, modified in 2011. I will check tomorrow to see if there is an even more recent version as I am subscribed to the Pharmacists Letter through work. It surely can be found online elsewhere though.
