Hi. Im trying to find out if the medication Im taking will have a dangerous interaction with the mdma + adderall powder (the dealer added dextroamphetamine, which I think is whats in adderall) I have.

Im currently taking clozapine (an anti-psychotic)

I read here that clozapine is a CYP-2D6 Inhibitor, and that that mixing it with mdma is "considered highly dangerous".

The thing is I've taken mdma (it may have had adulterants in it, the dealer didnt say) before with clozapine and it was fine.

Is it really that dangerous?

Clozapine is metabolised by P450 and only a little bit by 2D6. However this drug binds to your serotonin receptors.

This means it will affect negatively the effects of the MDMA, requiring you to take more of the drug and opening
the door to more side effects.

Meaning its too dangerous to do? Or if i lower the dosage i should be fine?

Clozapine is metabolised by P450 and only a little bit by 2D6.

CYP2D6 is one enzyme from the group of enzymes called Cytochrome P450 (aka CYP).

if you're combining mdma with a cyp2d6-inhibitor you should lower your dose a bit. the situation is not as serious as with other drugs, because mdma is a potent inhibitor of cyp2d6 anyway.
