Mental Health Cymbalta 120mg

Anyone else on a dose like this? Is it incredibly high? I know they only make up to 60 mg cymbalta, but it seems to be helping. Just curious to get some other voices and opinions out there on this. Would be greatly appreciated!

The Prescribing Info sheet shows thats the maximum recommended dose, but Im sure its been pushed higher especially with inpatients.
