cross tolerance with shrooms?

I did 3 gram of shroom today, had a beautiful spiritual trip in nature. Would it be ok to take MDMA on sat or is too soon? I dont imagine there being much cross tolerance seeing as how shroom and MDMA are about as different chemically as two psychedelics can be but still only two days apart?

I am guessing there is more cross tolerance between MDMA and cactus am I right?

It's wise to take a day to crash sober after psychedelics, they are very taxing emotionally and psychologically. Although you will likely have no cross tolerance you'll be more drained when you come down.

When it comes to juggling tolerances, it's advised to take psychedelics before MDMA, which you've done. Mushrooms a day or two prior to MDMA shouldn't impact the effects much if at all; MDMA before mushrooms however quite likely will have noticeable impact on the mushrooms' effect
