Cross Tolerance between 4-Aco-DMT and 5-MeO-MiPT

Hi Bluelight!

I took 15 mg of 4-Aco-DMT last night and am planning on taking 5-MeO-MiPT Friday night (tomorrow). Will there be any cross tolerance, given both these substances are tryptamines?

Probably only minor cross tolerance..

Even though they are both tryptamines 5-MeO-MiPT primarily acts on 5HT1A (a brain receptor you could say) while 4-AcO-DMT primarily acts on 5HT2A - I believe anyway..
Well primarily, not only.

So there is some overlap but with a limited dose (moderate anyway) and a few days in between, best prediction I could give is: minor.

Seems I'm wrong: 5-MeO-DMT and very similar ones (5-MeO-DET) do mostly act on 1A but 5-MeO-MiPT acts mostly on 2A

So yes reasonable cross tolerance expected..

Wow I thought all 5-MeO's acted on 1A
