Well there are some holes there, for instance I just looked up Mexico's policy on it and:

It eliminated all penalties for possession for personal consumption up to the following amounts: 5g of marijuana, 2g of opium, 500mg of cocaine, 50mg of heroin or 40mg of methamphetamines, and increased penalties for quantities above these limits, assuming the drugs were meant for sale. Dec 15, 2020

Who is going to ever have only 40mg of methamphetamine or 50mg of heroin. In a way they actually made it stricter.

Gotta move this thread though, maybe drug culture 🤔
