Counteract effects of Vivitrol? Or eliminate it from body more quickly?

My dog got a vivitrol injection about a week ago. I was wondering if anyone knows a method or substance that can eliminate vivitrol from his system more quickly, or counteract its effects against opioids?

Secondly no you're in it for the long term unless you want to cut it out which is highly warned against
