Women like different types of men, all shapes and sizes. I personally, being in the fitness industry do like people that are in shape and like it when my husband isn't overweight, nothing major but he swings between slightly over weight and slim. But I still love him all the same.
For health reasons and uour own self esteem keep up the working out and healthy eating, then it's a win/win. You could also get bigger shirts if you're worried about your tummy hanging out.
It's not all about looks though, im sure plenty of women would love uou for you. But do it for health reasons.
