Converting phenibut hcl to FAA

As the title says.
I really 400mg bicarb with 1g Phenibut hcl + 35ml water.

My question is once the conversion is done how would one isolate the FAA - to then allow to dry to leave with just FAA powder?

I was thinking doing the above conversion then adding acetone to the solution and then separating the acetone and evaporation.
But not sure wether FAA is soluble in acetone and the remaining byproducts are also.
I'd love some advise other than ' purchase FAA next time
I want to convert what hcl I havw into FAA and just store this.
