Converting Methoxetamine HCl to freebase easily (baking soda or ammonia)

How would one convert methoxetamine HCl into the free base without needing lab equipment? Also hopefully using easy to obtain chemicals locally.
 
If you can't figure this out it's not something you need to attempt.
