Converting DXM to DXO

Is there a method for converting DXM into DXO? I've heard that the body converts (part of) it but I'd be intrested in eating plain DXO. Reason is that ingesting DXM makes me vomit like crazy these days (vomiting starts in 15 minutes). Maybe ingesting DXO wouldn't end up being such a mess and waste of money and time.
 
Yes, but it's synthesis discussion, hence not allowed.

It's not doable in your kitchen, if that's what you'd like to know.
