Hey guys.

Um looking for an opioid conversion calculator. Came acros a few but they have different answers or not the substances im looking to convert. Any help?

They are generally pretty similar, with some differences on certain compounds (most notably methadone). What are you trying to convert specifically?

To be honest.. tramadol to hydromorphone. Like 100mg tramadol = x hydromorphone

Reason im asking is that i might get a script on monday for dilaudid at 4-8mg x3 a day if im lucky for a months supply on a repeat script. Its either that or methadone or subutex but i have never tried hydromorphone.

Any suggestions or help with the conversion

Anyone with info on a proper conversion chart or calculator

One to two milligrams of hydromorphone should be roughly equivalent to one hundred milligrams of tramadol.

That is a very rough estimation though and open to interpretation.
