This is for ADHD, I take it? It's a somewhat bizarre combination to put someone on, especially when nothing else has been tried before; did your doctor explain why he was putting you on both of these at the same time?
As far as what to expect, Concerta and Strattera both raise adrenaline and include increased anxiety as a common side-effect, so it's probably best to be prepared for that possibility so that you're not surprised by it. Are you taking any other drugs or meds at all?
