Last Wednesday, I began bingeing on concerta until on Friday, when I began to experience psychosis. I'm not sure how much I took but if I had to guess I'd say around 600-800mg.
Now what I'm worried about is the fact that ever since I woke up on Saturday, my heart has been racing and pounding. I chalked it up to anxiety at first but my heart rate hasn't gone down, like AT ALL.
I've tried breathing techniques, splashing cold water on my face, all to no avail.
Am I just worrying too much or did I actually fuck up my heart? I'm only 19 I don't want to die
