whenever I take concerta normally I'm a differentnperson my brains not scattered I don't sleep all day I don't feel depressed nor do i feel manic
I took 54mg normal today and been shopping which in usually too anxious and feel shit to do everything felt easier even on wellbutrin it helped my adhd but since I'm not formally diagnosed and supposedly ain't a adult adhd specialist in my area I can't get medication what helps me.
I also suffer from fibromyalgia slash chronic fatique how can I get this medicine prescribed shall I tell hem I've been taking it off street in normal doses and it really does cure me plus it doesn't give me a comedown and also helps with my pain.

I really need then today's been a good productive day for first time in ages I even was able to socialise with family better and didn't feel bored.
please advice me on how get these on nhs

Sorry mate but you'd be unlikely to get concerta prescribed without seeing a specialist. Before a your gp prescribes methylphenidate, you need to be put on it by a specialist, then your gp continues your supply, but without an diagnoses it's very unlikely you'll get it prescribed. It's just the way it is. Your best bet is to keep on at your gp, there will be someone he can refer you to. I'm not sure how it works if your not in a major city and haven't got access to all the services, but I would think you'd be able to see someone, even if you have to travel. Your Dr is probably being a knob, and simply doesn't believe that this drug helps you. Keep on at him/her if this drug really helps you, it's the only way you'll be able to get it legitimately prescribed.

It is way better and easier to just go to your family doctor or GP, they can prescribe just as much meds as a psychiatrist can. Seeing a shrink is a too complicated process
Meeting with a counselor a couple times, finally getting an appointment weeks later, sadly a shrink has access to your files particularly mental health so if you have ever overdosed or had a drug problem or whatever in case maybe they will know. At that point you can forget about getting a controlled substance at all

Just go to a family doctor or general practitioner they are so easy to work with and the actually listen to you and if you ask for a med respectfully most of the time he will give you. I personally see a nurse practitioner and I am happy with that because I get to choose my Adderall doses as long as it doesn't go above the 60 mg daily dose as he says. Same with Klonopin, i explained I preferred one milligram 3 times a day and got it no questions asked
Now as far as a psychiatrist goes they like to pick the meds they want to give you an doses it is ridiculous how small of a dose you'll start you on
For example I was seeing a psychiatrist for my ADHD and she started me on Adderall XR 5mg for a month and then the next month 10 mg XR and so on until I hit 30 never again will I go to a specialist what is the point of family doctor can prescribe the same medications as

we can't really go into any detail about how to get prescribed stuff man as i'm pretty sure that falls under the same ban as doctor shopping, but if you genuinely need it for adhd just speak to your local GP and get a psych appointment and show them. if you have a medical need for concerta i don't see how you could have an issue obtaining it
