Cocaine coke paranoid

just ride it out if you can, some water and deep breathing etc

or, a benzo will help, as will alcohol but only a small amount mate if you do

also, no more coke today and go easier with it in future - once ya start getting paranoid on it well, it just gets worse and worse for future sessions....seems to be the pattern most people experience unfortunately (me included)
