Opioids Coke+ Beer -= cocaethylene + oxy = pretty good so far, any comments?

Bored, sad, depressed and poor on a Friday but i had my oxy plus some leftover perico (name for coke here in Medellin) so bough some beer and now I am honestly feeling pretty good with Coke+ Beer -= cocaethylene + oxy = pretty good so far, any comments?

WOUld be very inteRested in reading about others guys experiences.
