Cocaine, MDMA, and mood stabilizers

I'm on Invega 3 mg and was wondering how it interacts with MDMA and cocaine. Also, I want to know how to not get nauseous or throw up on them, because it happens to some people. And no, I won't take both at the same time.

"Paliperidone (trade name Invega), also known as 9-hydroxyrisperidone, is a dopamine antagonist and 5-HT2A antagonist of the atypical antipsychotic class of medications"

Sounds like it will completely block the effects of the mentioned drugs. Not worth trying in my opinion.

I've known a lot of people that were heavily medicated for various psychological conditions that have abused plenty of hard drugs, but individual reactions are just that.
