Cocaine dosage

So I can't find much information on here regarding Cocaine dosages and there isn't a dosage table on Erowid either. I've not had any experience with Coke before but it's something I've recently come across and so I'm going to try it. So what are the average doses of Cocaine used when snorted? From threshold the heavy if possible please. If the coke is waxy as opposed to cut with sodium bicarb, what adjustments should be made? Should I cut it myself? Thanks.
