(Clonidine) dosing for opioid withdrawal

Now is the time for me to withdrawal from opiates/opiods (lots and lots of Codeine and Tramadol)

What have worked so far:
-Clonidine 0.75mg with Coffee during the day, and another Clonidine 0.75mg to fall asleep
-2mg of Clonazepam and 10mg of Diazepam during the day, 2.5mg Lorazepam during the night
-350mg Carisoprodol also to fall asleep
-read books about how much worse people had it years ago

Worst symptom yet:
-The constant sweating
