Cialis....

Heh, ok bit embarrassing that this is my first question on this site but it's the most pressing issue so was hoping people could help.

i got some cialis a while back from a legal online source with a private prescription. It's in date, but since then I've had a lot happen in my life. I was sectioned after a PTSD psychotic episode and in my time in the hospital was on a wild combination of antipsychotics and sedatives, don't even know what they were but definitely some were opioid in nature.

That episode ended a relationship so I started drinking heavily - about 2 litres of vodka a day for six months or so, before I tapered down with beer to 0. Was finally diagnosed with PTSD and depression, also arthritis in several joints.

currently drinking about 2 beers a night.
medication totals aren't small. Current prescribed medication is....
120mg duloxetine
100mg trazodone
60mg amitriptiline
120mg mirtazapine
15mg zopiclone
180mg nefopam

i do also have fentanyl patches but I rarely use them. Oh and zapain, heh.

Anyway, while my source for the cialis was legal, it's not something I feel comfortable talking to my dr about so.... do you think here's going to be any issue with me using cialis? I couldn't find any contraindications but could there be any synergies which could cause any unusual or dangerous effects that you guys know of? It's starting to become quite important to finding out, if you get my meaning....

From what I know, and correct me if I'm wrong, I believe it works by dilating the blood vessels in the penis allowing more blood flow there and thus giving you an erection. I know psych meds can pretty much make your dick useless when it's time to perform. And if you are able to get it up, finishing is a whole other thing.

I'm not doctor, but I don't think it'll have any ill effects with the meds you're currently taking. I would talk to your doc about it. Don't feel embarrassed doctors are use to hearing some pretty crazy shit and your case it's at all crazy but actually pretty reasonable. It's better to be safe than sorry. You don't want your pride to get in the way of your health and safety. I would again strongly suggest you speak to a medical professional about this so you have the peace of mind that you aren't going to hurt yourself when it's time to get busy.
