2 - find suspected drug dealer
3 - ask for drugs

Smitty420, I can see that you're new, so I'll welcome you to Bluelight! Unfortunately, a lot of folks who join Bluelight seem to have the total wrong idea as to what we're actually about. We're about helping people use drugs in a relatively responsible and safe manner. We definitely do no actively help members locate or source drugs. That is something you have to do yourself.
