Meth Chemical burns from meth? How to rebalance PH

So i'm thinking of doing meth again, last time i didn't exactly weigh my shots and i probably did WAY too much but i didn't have any rush whatsoever. This time i'm getting a scale and i want to know how to rebalance the PH of it.
Should i use vitamin C or is this backwards thinking? Since i don't know if it's acidic or too basic or whatever
Edit: last time i did meth, it visibly reddened my veins in my hand and seemed to have burned them
