Chaliponga without MAOI/recommendations?

Hey everyone. I've got 20g of powderized Chaliponga.

I was wondering if I could just make a tea out of it or swallow a few grams in pills without ingesting anything else, and if that would give a good effect? Online most recipes seem to include Syrian Rue/Caapi etc. I don't have access to those at the moment.

I'd also like to hear if you have any recommendations on how to use it as I'm a beginner.
