I was told by my doctors, years ago, that I have arachnoiditis and that there was nothing they could do for the condition besides pain pills and nerve pills. Recently, a new doctor came along and told me about these places called Centers of Excellence and I have not been able to find the one that I need and was wondering if there was was anyone who could help point me in the right direction. The nerves in my lower back and legs are completely tangled around with other nerves. I was told by my new doctor that they can go in and cut the nerves that are no longer needed and just causing pain. Please, any information would be helpful.
