CBD and Modafinil Tolerance

As a long-term mostly-daily modafinil-user and modafinil-lover, I've developed a sort of obsession with methods of reducing modafinil tolerance, aside from the obvious method of cycling and break-periods. One significant mechanism of modafinil-tolerance is its alterations of CYP450 liver enzyme levels (but there are many different CYP450 enzymes, each of which is affected in a different way). Here's a list of CYP450 modulators: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_cytochrome_P450_modulators. It lists modafinil as an inducer for 2 CYP450 enzymes and an inhibitor for 3 of them. Modafinil.org claims CYP2C19 is the main one involved in modafinil tolerance ( https://modafinil.org/modafinil-tolerance/#there-are-2-main-types-of-tolerance-a-drug-can-produce), but elsewhere (can't remember where) I've read CYP3A4 is the main one, which is why I take milk thistle supplements. Today I came across some research showing that cannabinoids have significant influence on CYP450 enzyme activity levels, especially CBD's inhibitory effect on CYP3A isoforms ( https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/26651971 and https://www.medicinalgenomics.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/11/Potent-inhibition-of-CYP3A-with-CBD.pdf). So that got me wondering whether CBD would reduce modafinil tolerance. But I'm having trouble finding information on which CYP450 enzymes are affected in which way by which cannabinoids, and also how strong the inhibitory or activating effects are (like, for example, is CBD more inhibitory of CYP3A4 activity than milk thistle is). Anyone have any insight on these questions?
