What does the lyosomal Pro-X carboxypeptidase do?

The second one looks good, with some NMDA, sigma, serotonin/dopamine and mu receptor affinity.

I don't trust STP results at all any more, IMHO it's okay if you want a very rough ballpark guess of activity but between the absence of quantitative results and the mere fact it's just doing very rough similarity matching between fragments of the structure and known actives (i.e. not predicting actual receptor binding at all), it is not what I would call a good screening tool
