Cannabis induced anxiety- will Marinol cause same issues?

I smoked weed daily for years. IDE get mellow and chIll.
Well I've now been doing crystal meth for 2 years. And about 6 months ago I began experiencing totally different effects from weed.
When I smoke it causes severe anxiety, paranoia and panic attacks.
I have access to marinol. I was told it is very different than smoking.
What effects does marinol produce? And could it also cause those very bad side effects?

I've taken Cesemet which I believe is close to what Marinol is. I didn't get any effects from it at all even at 7mg (they were 1mg pills) so I don't know if you'll get negative or positive effects but really I don't think it's worth it to take.
