Can someone tell me what this is?

...my brother overdosed a few months ago but they were able to revive him. Found this in my garage & I think he’s using again, but like Jon Snow, I know nothing. (About heroin at least or whatever the hell this is) Can anybody tell me what he could possibly be smoking w/ this?

No one will be able to tell you what this is just from looking at the picture, and drug identification is against the rules , only way to know forsure would be send a sample of the substance to get tested .

This is reality only joking it sounds like its heroin possibly fetanyl(more dangerous than good ol heroin)

No. Not unless they ran tests on it.

This has to be repeated over and over but that's fine.

Nobody can tell you what a substance is just from a picture.

We can't possibly know what this is but if you think your brother is using again the best strategy would be to approach him honestly and respectfully.
