Can I get some help with Saline for hydration question?

Just wondering for sure is saline a sugar or salt or neither/mixture? Just curious, bc if I ever need I feel more than comfortable giving me or anyone else a hand. Experience: I use TRTherapy so I stick more than 3/4 times a week every week, and Ms a nurse of 40 plus years who always complains and I have seen proof how they don't teach to draw blood or do the most basic med procedures. I wish I had went DevilDoc or SpecOps Med instead of Marine Corps love taking care of people who look to you as the person that at that time, is more important than Gold, and that I can save a Fellow Warrior or if case called a enemy to win the heart of a man who hates ur existence. Okay back to it, I start my butterfly or what I call it sterilize all the in between (I over sterilize way overlol) then start bag overhead and bam!!! How many fl ozs or ccs in bag mixture and general amount administered? Thanks feel free to critize I would lol...and much appreciated
