Let's say someone took 50-75mg of DXM on a daily basis. At what point, if any, would that person feel dependent or addicted?

What are you getting out of it at 50-75mg, therapeutically speaking?

Obiter: NueDexta is a new pharm, 20mg dxm/10mg quinidine (a cardiac medication at far lower than cardiac dose levels used to alter DXM metabolism), taken b.i.d. for pseudobulbar affect (you may have seen the commercials) which sees already some off label use for different psych indications (mood stabilizer, etc.)

Oh. I doubt that they would feel much of anything at this dose range for any indication. Perhaps feeling a little "off" but if they weren't looking to attribute it to DXM it would probably be just experienced as some transient malaise.
